Position Summary: 

Talent Acquisition Specialist – plays a key role in supporting the company’s recruitment efforts and broader HR initiatives. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and providing administrative and project support to the Human Resources team.

The successful candidate should be able to commute to Milton

What you would do:

  • Source top candidates using various tools and techniques based on the company’s needs

  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience

  • Follow the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage

  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs

  • Contribute to developing and implementing recruitment strategies

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers

  • Support Human Resources initiatives by participating in the planning and implementation of special projects.

  • Knowledge of and ability to apply human resources regulations and guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality

  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals

  • Provide general HR administrative support as required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or Human Resources.

  • Known for your collaborative and team-oriented spirit.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Results-driven with strong attention to detail.

  • Skilled in both written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google (Sheets, Docx) Suite .

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Equipment / Tools / Technology

  • Proficient knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email, internet software

  • Knowledge of or ability to learn HRIS, applicant tracking software, Electronic Filing software and other GFS HR system
