Position Summary:
Talent Acquisition Specialist – plays a key role in supporting the company’s recruitment efforts and broader HR initiatives. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and providing administrative and project support to the Human Resources team.

What you would do:
Source top candidates using various tools and techniques based on the company’s needs
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience
Follow the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage
Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs
Contribute to developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Collaborate closely with hiring managers
Support Human Resources initiatives by participating in the planning and implementation of special projects.
Knowledge of and ability to apply human resources regulations and guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality
Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
Provide general HR administrative support as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or Human Resources.
Known for your collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google (Sheets, Docx) Suite .
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Equipment / Tools / Technology
Proficient knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email, internet software
Knowledge of or ability to learn HRIS, applicant tracking software, Electronic Filing software and other GFS HR system
