We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team of nine in Delta to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.
What We Offer
Schedule: Monday – Friday, business hours with flexibility (4 days in office, 1 remote)
Benefits: The compensation package for this position ranges from $48,000 to $61,000 on an annual basis. In addition:

What you would do
Process bi-weekly payroll using UKG, Workday, and HR systems
Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding systems and payroll
Enters data into HR systems, maintain HR files and records, produces HR reports
Disability Claim Management
Support the HR Generalist with the Short-Term Disability process
Maintain accurate employee records for WorkSafe BC and Long-Term Disability claims
Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on recruitment needs
Respond to employee inquiries for managing flex benefits and RRSP through Workday and Manulife.
Support the HR team through the annual open enrollment process and benefits fair
Provide general HR support to leadership and employees, redirecting to HR Generalists when applicable.
Answer the HR phone line and oversee the BC Divisional phone list
Oversee and support on projects such as BC Scholarship Program, Service Awards Gold Club, Gordon Wear by Mark’s
Does this sound like you?
Post secondary education in HR and working towards CPHR designation
HR Experience preferred
Possess well-developed communication skills both written and verbal
Effective in the planning, prioritization, and timely execution of work
Embraces and creates change
Be recognized by the attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Have demonstrated an attitude that contributes to employee engagement and positive culture
Like to work as part of a team
Experience in a unionized environment – an asset
