Essential Functions:

Executes product life cycle management (new product introduction through product discontinuance).
Executes timely and accurate cost record management for stocked and special order items.
Supports new supplier and item set-up process and system activities.
Supports inventory management activities for all product conversions.
Collaborates with suppliers to solve quality and/or service problems; expedites deliveries as necessary.
Responsible for releasing Purchase Orders, and replenishing inventory.
Responsible for primary and backup sourcing solutions.
Assists in developing strategies and action plans to achieve desired fully landed product cost solutions.
Responsible for the disposition of long, outdated and obsolete inventory..

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or other related field preferred
At least one year of previous experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
Ability to work in teams, interact with others across departments/roles and develop relationships
Focused with an ability to deal with distraction and repetition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute efficient work processes.
