Recipe Preparation

  1. Bake potatoes at 375*f (190*C) for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender
  2. Split each potato in half, and scoop the contents and rice into a bowl. keep skins for garnish
  3. Combine cream and butter and bring to a boil add to the rice and potatoes and wish until smooth
