Korean Caesar Steak Bahn Mi

Recipe Preparation

  1. Whisk together Caesar dressing and Gochujang.
  2. Pour sauce into squeeze bottles.
  3. Fry chicken fried steak in a 350°F (176°C) deep fryer until golden brown, approx., 5-6 minutes.
  4. Warm up Naan on a griddle or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and toast each side for about 30 seconds.
  5. To assemble place Naan bread on a plate top with the chicken fried steak.
  6. Next top the steak with arugula, carrots and pickled onions.
  7. Drizzle with Korean Caesar dressing.
  8. Garnish with Cilantro & Jalapenos.
