Recipe Preparation

  1. Grill the burger patty and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Griddle the bacon until just crisp.
  3. Toast the bun on a grill or griddle.
  4. To assemble: Place arugula on a bun sauced with mustard and mayo. Lay the bacon on the bun in a criss-cross pattern. Add the burger and top with caramelized onions, adding blue cheese crumbles while patty is hot from the grill.
