In a saucepan heat berry blend, sugar, water and vinegar together over low heat and let simmer for 20 minutes
With the back of a small spoon or fork, push into the bottom of each roll and rotate around inside the roll making sure to not poke through anywhere on the bun
Fill each bun with .75 oz cannoli filling and reserve for service
Mix eggs, milk, orange juice, salt and seasonings together and reserve for service
At service warm the oil and butter on a small flat top griddle/grill or large non-stick saute pan over medium heat
Dredge each of the filled rolls in the batter liquid well making sure to coat all sides
Cook each roll on all 6 sides starting with the bottom, then the top, then each side. Make sure each side is lightly golden brown and cooked well.
For plating drizzle chocolate sauce over one roll, dulce de lace over another roll and berry sauce over the middle roll. Can leave all sauces on the side if needed
