Smoked Salmon Pasta

Recipe Preparation

  1. Lightly fry capers in oil and then put onto paper towels and reserve them at room temperature for service
  2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, sauté onions for 2-3 minutes then add garlic and beets and sauté for an additional minute
  3. Deglaze with white wine
  4. Add alfredo sauce, pasta, smoked salmon pieces and lemon juice
  5. Warm pasta and sauce through, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed
  6. Plate and garnish with capers and parsley
