Tartar Sauce

  1. Add the mayo and Trade East Lemon Pepper Seasoning, cappers, and cornichons to a bowl, mix and hold for service.

Haddock

  1. Incorporate in a bowl and mix the Trade East Lemon Pepper Seasoning, flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Whisk in the beer incorporating all the dry ingredients until the batter is formed.
  3. Dip the patted dry haddock on the batter and fry at 350Ā°F (176Ā°C) until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle Trade East Lemon Pepper Seasoning and serve.
