Harissa Roasted Yams, Arugula & Crisp Haloumi Salad

Recipe Preparation

  1. Place a tablespoon of lemon yogurt on the plate and spread it horizontally with the bottom of a spoon.
  2. Mix the arugula in a bowl with a tablespoon of sherry vinaigrette.
  3. Place the arugula salad in a line atop the lemon yogurt.
  4. Arrange the yams in a criss-cross pattern over the salad.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the yams and salad.
  6. Place crispy halloumi in between some of the yam wedges.
  7. Sprinkle crushed pistachios over the salad.
  8. Garnish with the salad with fresh chervil and dill.
