Ingredients
- ¾c Granny Smith Apple, peeled & diced
- 4Tbsp Yuzu Kosho, green
- 2Tbsp Apple Juice
Recipe Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the apples with yuzu kosho and apple juice.
- Mix well and adjust the salt to taste.
- Transfer the Kosho to a vacuum seal bag and cryovac.
- Chill and reserve for plating.
