GFS Quebec has been awarded the A&W’s Award of Excellence for its performance and service level in 2013. GFS Quebec obtained a score of 4.4 on a scale of 5.
The A&W’s Award of Excellence recognizes outstanding achievements of suppliers. It is determined by an evaluation questionnaire (called FRQ) filled out by franchisees, the A&W’s Accounting Department and the Research and Development Team. The score obtained from franchisees alone represents 85% of the final score. Therefore, it is a good indicator of the A&W’s operators appreciation of the supplier.
