The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Street Sales team. This position helps drive account growth and profitability by undertaking administrative job duties as it pertains to the Street Sales department.
Location: Edmonton
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30 PM MST
This position requires the successful candidate to be in the Edmonton office four times a week.
This is a 12-Month contract position.
Essential Functions:
Assist the Sales Team with new business proposals, business reviews, price quotes, and onboarding new customers.
Run velocities and pertinent reports for District Sales Managers, District Sales Representatives, and Inside Support Representatives
Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping.
Provide customer impact reporting\Provide reporting for business reviews
Assisting with the planning and execution of sales related event
Providing travel support for the sales team
Ordering supplies as needed
Additional Ad hoc administrative requests as required

Proficient in using the Google platform (Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Documents)
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

Ability to learn and use SAP, CRM, Gordon Ordering, and other various systems
Industry and product knowledge is an asset.
Education:
Minimum Grade 12 with High School Diploma
Post-secondary education in Business or Sales
Previous food service industry experience preferred.
