Subject: Fraud Alert – Unauthorized Bank Account Change Messages

We are issuing this alert to inform you of a recent fraudulent attempt detected by our organization. An unauthorized party is reportedly contacting clients via email or video, falsely claiming that an update or confirmation of remittance and payment information is required.

Please be advised that there have been no changes to our procedures for collecting remittance information, our banking details on file, or our banking verification process.

For your security, we recommend the following:

  • For banking information verification, we utilize a third-party service whose email communications will consistently originate from an `@nsknox.net` domain. Any messages received from other domains claiming to be from us regarding account changes are illegitimate and should be disregarded immediately.
  • Do not respond to any messages concerning changes to your account details unless the communication directly originates from an `@gfs.com` or `@nsknox.net` email address.
  • Always verify payment information by contacting us through our established official communication channels.
  • Should you receive any suspicious emails or messages, please forward them to us or report the email to us on our website.
  • GFS will never ask you for your username, password, or second factor authentication code.
  • GFS will never ask you to call a phone number to verify your account information.
