8 ea Truffle Mushroom Ravioli, Rana Mushroom Ravioli
1 oz Olive Oil, Tavolini
½ Tbsp Garlic, fresh, minced
4 oz-wt Gourmet Mushroom Mix
4 oz-fl Alfredo Sauce, Tavolini
1 Tbsp Markon First Crop Chives, fresh, minced
1 tsp Black Garlic Truffle And Parmesan Seasoning
Recipe Preparation
Cook ravioli for 2 Minutes in boiling water.
Cut in half and score the king trumpet mushroom and sauté until a nice brown color is visible and reserve separately until present then sauté one ounce of each remaining gourmet blend mushroom and minced garlic in olive oil and black garlic truffle and parmesan powder.
Add in the Alfredo Sauce.
Plate the ravioli and place the mushroom sauce over the ravioli.
Finish with chopped chives and the trumpet mushroom.
