Our Eastern Prairies division began as a family farm-based gardening operation during the 1930s under the name F.M. Tamagi and Sons. Operating as Bridge Brand, this family-owned market gardening business grew steadily over 70 years, until it was purchased by Gordon Food Service in 2002. With a state-of-the-art facility built in 2007, we provide quality food service products and solutions to the Eastern Prairies from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and east through Manitoba and northwestern Ontario to Thunder Bay.
