Loaded Crispy Crab Fries

Recipe Preparation

  1. In a sauce pot warm cheese, cream, liquid seasoning and 1 teaspoon of Trade East seafood seasoning. Whisking till smooth. Reserve warm
  2. In a saute pan over medium-low heat warm butter, crab and garlic then reserve warm
  3. Cook fry’s in 350*f (176*c) fryer for 3-4 minutes, after they are done, remove and toss lightly with salt
  4. Fry capers in oil for 30-45 seconds or until they start to pop. Remove from fryer and put on paper towel to dry
  5. To build add fries, then pour cheese sauce over the frys, top with warm crab meat, green onions, diced tomatoes, and crispy capers
  6. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of Seafood seasoning, and fresh tarragon
