Recipe Preparation

  1. Melt butter and reserve.
  2. Grill onions and reserve.
  3. Heat chicken to 160°F (71°C) internal temperature.
  4. Use melted butter on each bun and grill buns.
  5. Build the sandwich with a bottom bun, 1.5 tbsp of tomato jam, ¼ cup of shredded lettuce, chicken breast, grilled onions, and 1.5 tbsp chimichurri sauce, then the top bun.
