Roasted Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Gordon Choice Vegetable Oil
6 ct. Garlic Cloves, roasted
1 c. Rice, cooked, cooled and dry
Ā¼ tsp. Trade East Salt
to taste Trade East Pepper, fresh ground
1 ct. Markon Ready-Set-Serve Scallions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
1 ct. Gordon Choice Egg, fried (optional)
Recipe Preparation
Heat the oil over medium heat in a wok or large skillet.
Fry the garlic until it is golden brown.
Remove and drain the garlic on paper towels and season with salt.
Add the cooked rice into the garlic-infused oil and stir fry until all the grains are coated with the oil and start to get crispy.
Season the rice with salt and pepper and transfer it to a serving dish.
Garnish with the reserved fried garlic and sliced scallions.
Serve the rice topped with a fried egg (optional).
