4 cup Pepper Mill Creamy Caesar Dressing (For Sauce)
½ cup Gordon Choice Gochujang Korean Pepper Sauce (For Sauce)
1 ea Sienna Bakery Naan Bread (For Sandwich)
1 ea Gordon Choice Chicken Fried Steak, 4oz. (For Sandwich)
14 g Markon Arugula (For Sandwich)
28 g Markon Carrots, shredded (For Sandwich)
14 g Red Onions, pickled (For Sandwich)
5 slice Gran Sazon Jalapenos, thinly sliced (For Sandwich)
7 g Markon Cilantro (For Sandwich)
Recipe Preparation
Whisk together Caesar dressing and Gochujang.
Pour sauce into squeeze bottles.
Fry chicken fried steak in a 350°F (176°C) deep fryer until golden brown, approx., 5-6 minutes.
Warm up Naan on a griddle or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and toast each side for about 30 seconds.
To assemble place Naan bread on a plate top with the chicken fried steak.
Next top the steak with arugula, carrots and pickled onions.
Drizzle with Korean Caesar dressing.
Garnish with Cilantro & Jalapenos.
