La personne titulaire du poste effectue une planification stratĆ©gique en collaboration avec le directeur rĆ©gional pour atteindre les objectifs de vente des comptes corporatifs. Elle Ć©labore et surveille les indicateurs clĆ©s de performance et facilite le dĆ©veloppement professionnel des membres de l’Ć©quipe. Elle dĆ©termine les meilleures stratĆ©gies pour amĆ©liorer les relations avec les clients corporatifs et favoriser les possibilitĆ©s de croissance.
Fonctions essentielles :
Collaborer avec le gestionnaire du crĆ©dit pour gĆ©rer les comptes clients corporatifs de maniĆØre efficace et sĆ©curisĆ©e.
Assurer la formation et le dƩveloppement des compƩtences des reprƩsentants responsables des comptes corporatifs, en partenariat avec les directeurs de territoires concernƩs.
Fixer des objectifs relatifs aux ventes, produits, segments, plan opĆ©rationnel annuel, crĆ©dit et bĆ©nĆ©fice net pour les comptes corporatifs, avec lāaide de lāĆ©quipe de direction, et dĆ©velopper des plans dāaction pour atteindre ces objectifs.
GĆ©rer le plan opĆ©rationnel annuel des comptes corporatifs, tout en faisant preuve de responsabilitĆ© financiĆØre par rapport aux actifs assignĆ©s.
Animer et bĆ¢tir des rĆ©unions rĆ©gionales et d’Ć©quipe, en favorisant la collaboration, l’engagement et la prise de dĆ©cision pour atteindre les objectifs stratĆ©giques
RĆ©aliser des examens pĆ©riodiques avec les principaux clients corporatifs, y compris la gestion des Ć©valuations de rendement pour s’assurer de la satisfaction et de la performance.
Collaborer avec lāĆ©quipe de direction pour coordonner la planification des rĆ©unions de marchĆ© et Ć©laborer des plans avec les spĆ©cialistes rĆ©gionaux, afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixĆ©s pour les comptes corporatifs. Encadrer Ć©galement les reprĆ©sentants juniors dans le cadre de programmes de formation continue.
Collaboration avec lāĆ©quipe de marketing dans lāĆ©laboration et la promotion de programmes de croissance des ventes pour les comptes corporatifs, et collaborer Ć la communication des plans marketing en coordination avec les spĆ©cialistes rĆ©gionaux.
Soumettre des rapports mensuels dans les dĆ©lais prĆ©vus, fournissant une vue dāensemble des activitĆ©s liĆ©es aux comptes corporatifs.
Superviser le processus de recrutement, dāintĆ©gration, de formation et de maintien en poste des membres de lāĆ©quipe responsables des comptes corporatifs. Ćvaluer les performances, prendre des mesures disciplinaires et procĆ©der Ć des cessations d’emploi en consultation avec les ressources humaines, si nĆ©cessaire. Motiver et guider les membres de lāĆ©quipe, en agissant comme un modĆØle et une ressource.
RĆ©aliser d’autres tĆ¢ches selon les besoins.
ExpƩrience, connaissances, compƩtences et aptitudes :
ExpĆ©rience : Plus de six ans dāexpĆ©rience dans le domaine de la vente ou de la gestion de comptes corporatifs, dont trois ans dāexpĆ©rience en gestion de personnel, ou une combinaison Ć©quivalente dāĆ©tudes, de formation et dāexpĆ©rience.
CompĆ©tences en supervision et en relations interpersonnelles pour reprĆ©senter efficacement son dĆ©partement et interagir avec diffĆ©rents niveaux de lāorganisation.
Bilinguisme requis pour assurer des communications claires avec les clients et les Ć©quipes.
Bonne connaissance de lāindustrie et des secteurs concernĆ©s, avec une capacitĆ© Ć analyser et interprĆ©ter les donnĆ©es pour soutenir la prise de dĆ©cisions stratĆ©giques.
Excellentes compĆ©tences en gestion, organisation et gestion du temps pour garantir lāatteinte des objectifs de lāentreprise.

Position Summary:
Provides development opportunities for the District Sales Rep (DSR).Ā Oversees and provides direction to enhance relationships and growth opportunities with customers.Ā Reports, analyzes and communicates data regarding the achievement of goals.Ā Oversees and monitors training activities for direct reports and participates in Gordon Food Service and customer related activities.
Essential Functions:
Provides development opportunities and mentoring to DSRās and develop succession plan for area managed.Ā Collaborates with DSR to identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions, assigning responsibility for projects and other methods of āleadingā people.
Oversees development of business plans for territory and customers.Ā Assist with new account development and visit key customers to build relationships and to assist with the resolution of serious customer concerns.Ā Collaborate with operation teams to meet customer service expectations.
Collaborates with Category Specialists and Customer Segment Leaders to meet the needs of the customers through the support of the Divisionās sales and marketing plans.
Reviews and analyzes weekly and monthly reports to drive sales, margin, manage accounts receivable, develop staff, and to identify problems and solutions.Ā Develop and submit periodic reports on area progress, and issues to direct supervisor.
Conducts reviews of performance to plan and modify or realign where necessary to achieve plan.Ā Ensures that DSR skills meet requirements by providing and monitoring application effectiveness of training as detailed in the DSR Curriculum.Ā Provide ongoing DSR training with an emphasis on āin the carā ride-with programs.
Maintains visibility with key customers, segments or associations.Ā Participates in food shows, regional customer events, customer segment shows and customer trips to headquarters.Ā Plans and facilitates either alone or in conjunction with sales managers periodic meetings or activities for the region and/or division managed.
Oversees the development of targets for individual DSR and collaborate with direct supervisor to develop and meet goals that support the Region, Division and National goals and visions including sales, margin, new business and others as appropriate.Ā Regularly review goal results.
Collaborates with direct supervisor to make expense recommendations for their team during the Annual Operating Planning process each year (and manages the markets AOP – Noncommercial only). N/A
Maintains knowledge of segment through industry magazines and local culinary organizations
Demonstrates and deliver understanding of Foodservice Industry and operations
Understands areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance
Interviews, hire, train, and retain sales staff.Ā Conducts performance monitoring of staff, initiating follow through with disciplinary action and termination in consultation with Human Resources when appropriate for the department.Ā Mentors, motivates, and develops staff and acts as a role model and resource to them.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Excellent supervisory, customer service, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills to represent the department, speak at minor functions, and resolve vendor problems.
Must have excellent time management, administration, collaboration and organizational skills to understand and assist in developing relationships between sales, transportation, operations, administration and the customer.
