Position Summary:
TheĀ Senior HRIS AnalystĀ provides systems expertise, project leadership, and technical support for the development of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) while concurrently working to increase process efficiency.Ā Core responsibilities also include research, analysis and design of HRIS and processes in support of human resource administration and projects.Ā Serves as point of contact for HR report generation and as the liaison between Human Resources, Information Systems (IS) and Finance in relation to data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Location:
The successful candidate should be able to commute to the Milton DC at least 4 days a week.

The salary range for this position is $80 000 - $95 000 plus potential 10% bonus

What you will do:
Provides leadership, technical expertise, customer relations, training and data support for major initiatives, projects, and yearly processes (e.g. Total Compensation Statements, Benefits Confirmation Statements).
Provides insight and solution proposals to achieve objectives for HR initiatives.
Maintains awareness of vendor functionality, software releases and patches and the potential opportunity and/or impact on current and future HR systems functionality.
Sets up and maintains tables and structures within HR systems.
Serves as an HR systems subject matter expert ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, writing reports, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Writes, maintains and/or supports a variety of data feeds, reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools and self-service options.
Assists with responding to all Federal and State audits and exams for compliance and licensing requirements, internal audit, and third-party audits.
Recommends new equipment, software or reporting tools in support of set objectives.
Serves as liaison with IS team to resolve programming and related problems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
When you will work:
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Hybrid schedule, with 4 days in the Milton office and 1 day remote
Quarterly travel to GFS Headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is required
What you will bring to the table:
Five or more years previous human resources information systems experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Ā Workday experience, knowledge of relational database design, structure and functionality preferred.
Workday Extend, Workday Security, and Workday Prism preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or related field preferred.
Knowledge of data mining, query building and report writing.Ā Ā
Maintains knowledge of current industry trends.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems with a high level ofĀ complexity.Ā Ā
Refers to policies and practices for guidance.
Comfortable with change and is flexible to adapt to tools, requirements and directional changes.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Solid understanding of benefits and HR administration.
Knowledge of HR systems and systems administration.
Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills as well as problem-solving capabilities.Ā
Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.Ā
Must have good customer service and time management skills.
