La personne titulaire de ce poste est responsable de la gestion du territoire de vente assignĆ©, en conformitĆ© avec la structure et les politiques Ć©tablies. Elle doit crĆ©er et maintenir des relations dāaffaires gagnantes Ć long terme avec les clients en rĆ©pondant adĆ©quatement Ć leurs besoins et en leur offrant un excellent service.
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
DĆ©velopper des stratĆ©gies et des plans dāaction afin dāatteindre les objectifs de vente et de profits, en appui Ć la stratĆ©gie commerciale;
GĆ©rer efficacement son temps afin de maximiser les ventes et les revenus de son territoire en offrant et vendant la gamme complĆØte de produits disponibles et en dĆ©veloppant une nouvelle clientĆØle, selon la structure Ć©tablie;
Assurer le recouvrement de tous les comptes de sa clientĆØle selon les termes de crĆ©dits accordĆ©s en collaborant Ć©troitement avec le dĆ©partement de crĆ©dit;
Travailler conjointement avec les diffĆ©rents intervenants et dĆ©partements afin de maximiser les ventes du territoire, dāĆ©tablir des stratĆ©gies et de maintenir un suivi rigoureux du dĆ©veloppement du territoire;
DĆ©velopper et maintenir des relations dāaffaires gagnantes avec tous les clients sur son territoire;
Sāassurer de la rentabilitĆ© des livraisons selon les paramĆØtres Ć©tablie par le dĆ©partement des ventes en procĆ©dant Ć lāanalyse de divers documents et statistiques de vente;
Participer activement, avec les manufacturiers, au dƩveloppement du territoire assignƩ;
Toute autre tĆ¢che telle que requise par le supĆ©rieur immĆ©diat.
EXIGENCES / QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES
ExpƩrience minimale de trois (3) en ventes dans le service alimentaire ou dans le secteur de la restauration/alimentation;
Bonnes connaissances du territoire desservi;
Avoir un permis de conduire valide et possƩder un vƩhicule automobile en bonne condition;
Anglais fonctionnel Ć avancĆ© (oral et Ć©crit);
TrĆØs bonne aisance avec les systĆØmes informatiques;
Excellentes habiletĆ©s communicationnelles et relationnelles;Ā
Ćtre axĆ© sur le travail dāĆ©quipe et orientĆ© vers la satisfaction du client;
Ćtre structurĆ© et organisĆ©, ĆŖtre rigoureux dans les suivis et avoir le sens de lāinitiative;

Position Summary:
Facilitate order and delivery interaction between food service customers and Gordon Food Service.Ā Seeks growth opportunities in existing customers and brings new customers to Gordon Food Service.Ā Represent Gordon Food Service products and services for assigned territory and manages customer business relationships.
Essential Functions:
Manage customer orders
Acquire new customers
Penetrate existing accountsĀ
Minimize lost business
Acts as a foodservice consultant whoĀ works as an advocate for their IFS customers helping them achieve their goals through the design and implementation of foodservice systems and GFS Value add solutionsĀ
Educates customers about products, prices, availability.Ā
Utilizes CRM to review and analyze current opportunities, prospects, keep account files updated and accurateĀ
Collects all customers balances owing as per company policyĀ
Troubleshoots any problems that occur during the order process (Example – Out of stock or short shipped products)
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Manage customer accounts receivables within guidelines
Perform effective route management
Effective execution of the Selling Cycle
Possesses strong negotiation skills (You decide on what one is better ) Develop negotiations strategy
Develop pricing strategies
Leverage resources to increase route growth
Deliver effective presentations
Conduct customer business reviews
Maintain knowledge of segment through industry magazines and local culinary organizations
Demonstrate and deliver understanding of Foodservice Industry and operations
Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance
Demonstrate effective samplingĀ
Explain key features and benefits of Gordon Food Service products
Understand and leverage the advantages of Gordon Food Service branded products
Explain Value Added concepts to customers
Performs other duties as assigned.
