‘Leftover Turkey’ Spread

Ingredients
- 8 oz. Pulled Turkey Confit
- 2 oz. Turkey Fat
- 2 oz. Blackberry Catsup
- 2 oz. Roasted Rhubarb Mostarda
- 8 ea. Grilled Rosemary Toast Slices
- Flaked Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
Recipe Preparation
- Combine Turkey Confit and turkey fat in a robot coupe and pulse till roughly chopped.
- Place in a vessel of choice.
- Serve on a plate or board with the remaining components.
