For 125 years, we’ve partnered with restaurants, big and small, as well as organizations like schools, universities, healthcare facilities, hotels, stadiums and pretty much anywhere else that serves food! Every product, every delivery, and every decision we make is inspired by helping your business thrive.
Have confidence in what you serve. From fresh produce and custom proteins to kitchen staples and supplies, our focus is on service, quality, price, and assortment. We guarantee the quality of everything our trucks deliver and will work with you to get the right products for your operation.
Our purpose is to serve our customers with the highest quality foodservice products and services. We achieve this purpose through innovative systems and the spirit, integrity of our people, and continued growth from coast to coast.
Our Eastern Prairies division began as a family farm-based gardening operation during the 1930s under the name F.M. Tamagi and Sons. Operating as Bridge Brand, this family-owned market gardening business grew steadily over 70 years, until it was purchased by Gordon Food Service in 2002. With a state-of-the-art facility built in 2007, we provide quality food service products and solutions to the Eastern Prairies from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and east through Manitoba and northwestern Ontario to Thunder Bay.
Your success requires a strategic perspective, but that can be hard to find when day-to-day operations require constant attention to details. The Business Review gives you an opportunity to partner with our experienced professionals to fully evaluate your operation. Together, we will examine key operational measures, from revenues and costs to product deliveries and equipment needs. We’ll also carefully consider new ideas and plans to grow your business. We provide business analysis tools, detailed tracking information, and key trend information for your market and industry, all to help strengthen your long-term business prospects.
Our product experts are another value-added service that we can offer your business. They will help you with your culinary challenges, whether it be preparation techniques, cooking tips, plate presentation, or even product education. They bring to you expert knowledge in different fields—protein, dairy, produce, chemical, beverages, disposable, grocery, frozen, kitchen equipment, and small wares—as well as the determination to really listen to you and help you find a solution that works for your business.
