3 cup Masa Harina
1 Tbsp Salt
2 cup Warm Water, or as needed
Recipe Preparation
Combine masa harina and salt together in a bowl.Ā
Add warm water until it holds together and forms into a smooth dough.
Potion dough into 12 and form dough into balls.Ā
place balls onto parchment paper and flatten to 1/2-inch thick circles.
Fry sopes into a 400Ā°F (204Ā°C) deep fryer until golden brown on each side. Remove from fryer and cool on a wire rack.
Once cooled, pinch the edges of the sopes to form a little pie shell.
Fry the sopes again until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain and serve accordingly.
