Ingredients
- 7 oz Fries, straight cut
- 4 oz Gyro Meat, Beef/Lamb, sliced
- 1 oz Hot Sauce
- 1 oz Garlic Dressing
- 1 oz Bold Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tbsp Green Onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers, sliced
- 3 oz Monterey Jack Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Recipe Preparation
- Heat the gyro meat on a flat-top grill or in a frying pan till hot through 74°F (23°C).
- Deep fry the fries until golden brown and hot.
- Place fries in the desired container.
- Top the fries with the gyro meat.
- Top with Cheese,
- Drizzle the fries alternatively with the three sauces (barbecue sauce, hot sauce, and garlic sauce) in a criss-cross pattern generously.
- Garnish with jalapenos and finely chopped green onions.
