7 oz Fries, straight cut
4 oz Gyro Meat, Beef/Lamb, sliced
1 oz Hot Sauce
1 oz Garlic Dressing
1 oz Bold Barbecue Sauce
2 tbsp Green Onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers, sliced
3 oz Monterey Jack Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Recipe Preparation
Heat the gyro meat on a flat-top grill or in a frying pan till hot through 74°F (23°C).
Deep fry the fries until golden brown and hot.
Place fries in the desired container.
Top the fries with the gyro meat.
Top with Cheese,
Drizzle the fries alternatively with the three sauces (barbecue sauce, hot sauce, and garlic sauce) in a criss-cross pattern generously.
Garnish with jalapenos and finely chopped green onions.
