We Believe in Giving Back to the Communities Where We Live and Work

We support organizations whose values align with ours and those who are working to address hunger, housing, healthcare or education in the areas we serve.

We carefully consider each donation request. Please review our guidelines before submitting your request.

Submitting A Donation Request

There are two options for submitting donation requests:

Donation Guidelines

Organizations are limited to one donation per year.

Athletic event requests should be for an organization’s fundraiser.

Please allow 3 weeks for response. If the event is in less than three weeks we are unable to review the request.

If you submitted your request with an email address, you may need to check your spam folder for a response.

Donation receipts are not necessary for any donation valued less than $500.

The online request donation request is available here.

Please allow three weeks for your request to be processed. Once a decision is made, you will be notified via email. If you have additional questions, you can send an inquiry to donationrequest@gfs.com

Reception times of mail delivery can vary. Online requests are preferred through our form to expedite your request as quickly as possible. When requesting a donation for an organization’s event, please submit the request on letterhead which must include your mailing address.
