Ćtre en relation et soutenir les clients pour leurs commandes, bonifier les achats, crĆ©dits, suivis de plaintes ou autres besoins.
Collabore avec d'autres dĆ©partements afin de rĆ©pondre Ć tous les besoins des clients, de produire des rapports internes et de tenir les dossiers des clients.Ā Ā
Participer aux rĆ©unions gĆ©nĆ©rales des ventes, aux promotions et aider aux Ć©vĆ©nements spĆ©ciaux.Ā

Position Summary:
Supports activities for the outside District Sales Representatives (DSR) including order and delivery interaction between customers via telephone, email and Gordon Ordering.Ā Seeks growth opportunities in existing house customers with knowledge and professionalism as well as strengthening customer relationships by representing Gordon Food Service (GFS) branded products and services.Ā Helps drive account growth and profitability by undertaking administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. Ā Use of divisional shared email to address and support the needs as they arise.
Essential Functions:
Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping.
Participates in general sales meetings, promotions and facilitates food show registration. Assists with recall and other information sharing as required.Ā Ā Ā
Takes orders from various customers as needed via phone or email.
Stays up to date with product offerings, market trends and customer needs while learning about the organizational offerings and systems.Ā
Demonstrates strong customer service skills when dealing with unique or difficult situations.
Provides support to sales representatives coordinating customer service, orders, credits etc during special large special eventsĀ IE: Stampede, PNE, SNE,Ā F1 Race etc.Ā
Supports and assists DSR for vacation coverage and seasonally based on needs.
Provides routing assistance for changes to deliveries such as time delays, adjustments in delivery days, etc.
Details customer complaints, tracks the same issues that multiple customers have, and reports problems as necessary.
Performs Other Duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Ā Must have good customer service and time management skills.
Ability to perform 10-key data entry
Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
High organized with a great attention to detail
Encourages collaboration with others to achieve a common goal
A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be a strategic thinker, inquisitive, innovative, and creative in order to build relationships, network, link resources and apply business practices
Excellent computer skills
Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
Ability to learn and use Genysis, Powersell, CRM, Gordon Ordering and other various systemsĀ Ā

Education & Minimum Experience RequirementsĀ
High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 2 years full-time related work experience required
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred
Previous Experience in the area of food service industry is preferred
