- 1 each Red Onion, halved and thinly sliced
- ½ cup Lime Juice
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
Recipe Preparation
- Rinse and drain onions.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and place in a container.
- Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
