Ingredients
2.5kg chocolate sheet cake
50 oz (2 pouches) Berthelet cherry pie filling
50 oz prepared vanilla Berthelet mousse mix (650 ml of milk and 200g of dry mix)
50 cherries from the filling
Recipe Preparation
Divide the sheet cake in half horizontally in a 2” pan
Spread the cherry filling over the two slices of cake
Add the vanilla mousse on top of the cherry filling with a pastry bag
Decorate the top of the cake with cherries
