Ingredients
- 2.5kg chocolate sheet cake
- 50 oz (2 pouches) Berthelet cherry pie filling
- 50 oz prepared vanilla Berthelet mousse mix (650 ml of milk and 200g of dry mix)
- 50 cherries from the filling
Recipe Preparation
- Divide the sheet cake in half horizontally in a 2” pan
- Spread the cherry filling over the two slices of cake
- Add the vanilla mousse on top of the cherry filling with a pastry bag
- Decorate the top of the cake with cherries
