Position Summary:

Manages replenishment and procurement for the United Trimen warehouse, serving as a generalist. Supports product life-cycle management and acts as the primary divisional resource and contact for all inventory and supplier-related business needs.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for releasing Purchase Orders, and replenishing inventory.

• Reviews and actions daily reports and KPI’s. 

• Supports  product life cycle management (new product introduction through product discontinuance).

• Supports new supplier and item set-up process and system activities.

• Supports inventory management activities for all product conversions.

• Collaborates with suppliers to solve quality and/or service problems; expedites deliveries as necessary.

• Monitors market conditions (weather, seasonality, raw materials) and product availability to effectively manage inventory, ensuring customer supply and minimizing waste.

• Responsible for primary and backup sourcing solutions.

• Aligns with, and supports enterprise procurement philosophies while meeting divisional business objectives.

• Works closely with sales and merchandising teams to meet all customer product needs.

• Responsible for the disposition of long, outdated and obsolete inventory.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
