Ce rapport a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi sur la transparence des salaires de la Colombie-Britannique, adopt\u00e9e le 11 mai 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 propos de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre de Service alimentaire Gordon en Colombie-Britannique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans sa division de Colombie-Britannique, Service alimentaire Gordon exploite un important centre de distribution qui emploie plus de 1 000 personnes dans diverses fonctions telles que l\u2019administration, la gestion, les m\u00e9tiers professionnels, la vente, le domaine technique, le commerce, le transport et l\u2019entrep\u00f4t. L\u2019entreprise structure ces emplois en groupes distincts et s\u2019efforce de garantir une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration comparable pour les personnes de tout genre dont le travail est \u00e9quivalent.
