Pour les personnes atteintes de dysphagie, cette tournure est bien plus qu\u2019une simple figure de style. La d\u00e9glutition peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer dangereuse pour elles, surtout lors de la consommation d\u2019aliments ou de boissons que la plupart d\u2019entre nous consid\u00e8rent comme normaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que la texture peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence. L\u2019IDDSI a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un ensemble de lignes directrices visant \u00e0 garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes souffrant de dysphagie. Ces normes mondiales permettent la standardisation des r\u00e9gimes alimentaires pour tous ceux qui \u00e9prouvent des difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9glutition.
