Cela donne donc \u00e0 votre entreprise l\u2019occasion de marquer l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement pendant la semaine qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de et la semaine qui suit, en proposant des offres sp\u00e9ciales qui attireront les clients et les inciteront \u00e0 revenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme vous disposez d\u2019une grande fen\u00eatre d\u2019opportunit\u00e9, commencez t\u00f4t en annon\u00e7ant des offres \u00e0 dur\u00e9e limit\u00e9e pour les jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant et suivant le Cinco de Mayo. Les sopes sont des galettes ressemblant \u00e0 des tortillas, faites avec de la farine de ma\u00efs. Comme pour les tacos, ce plat est id\u00e9al pour proposer un grand nombre de garnitures. La recette du chef comprend du saumon, de la salsa verde, de la cr\u00e8me d\u2019avocat et de l\u2019oignon rouge marin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si votre \u00e9tablissement sert le d\u00e9jeuner et le d\u00eener, des plats tels que les huevos rancheros, les migas et les chilaquiles sont d\u2019excellents moyens de sortir du cadre traditionnel des burritos d\u00e9jeuner. La birria est traditionnellement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en faisant mariner de la viande de ch\u00e8vre dans une sauce \u00e0 base de vinaigre, de piments s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, d\u2019ail, d\u2019oignon et d\u2019autres \u00e9pices, puis en faisant mijoter les ingr\u00e9dients pour cr\u00e9er un rago\u00fbt ou une soupe de viande rouge\u00e2tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres viandes, comme des coupes \u00e9conomiques de b\u0153uf et de porc, se marient \u00e9galement bien avec les saveurs de la birria. Badigeonnez des coquilles \u00e0 tacos avec la sauce birria, faites-les griller, remplissez-les de viande effiloch\u00e9e, d\u2019oignons, de coriandre, de fromage, etc., et servez-les avec de la sauce birria comme trempette.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La birria ne se limite pas aux tacos : ajoutez des ramen au jus riche pour cr\u00e9er un bol de nouilles l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9. Ou encore, ajoutez la viande et un filet de sauce \u00e0 une pizza \u00e0 consommer sur place ou \u00e0 emporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa birria est partout, indique le chef Juan. C\u2019est une abondance de saveurs qui me pla\u00eet \u00e9norm\u00e9ment.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cinco-de-mayo-snacks-and-desserts\">Amuse-gueules et desserts pour le Cinco de Mayo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les amuse-gueules et les plats \u00e0 partager sont d\u2019autres moyens d\u2019introduire les saveurs mexicaines sans changer compl\u00e8tement le menu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les salsas de toutes sortes deviennent de plus en plus un plat \u00e0 partager plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un accompagnement, explique le chef Michael. Servez-les avec un panier de croustilles de ma\u00efs (ou proposez un bol de guacamole maison comme suppl\u00e9ment) pour divertir la table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le chef Juan, les chicharrones de flanc de porc servis avec du guacamole sont un amuse-gueule incontournable de par leur go\u00fbt et leur authenticit\u00e9. \u00abIls sont la collation \u00e0 la mode en ce moment : croquants, sal\u00e9s, avec un guacamole onctueux comme trempette.\u00bb&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, ne vous arr\u00eatez pas aux plats \u00e0 partager ou aux amuse-gueules : les desserts permettent aussi de go\u00fbter au Mexique. \u00abExp\u00e9rimentez avec le chocolat et les \u00e9pices, sugg\u00e8re le chef Michael. Utilisez-les dans des churros ou des biscuits. C\u2019est un moyen simple de diversifier les saveurs pour le Cinco de Mayo.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-agave-tequila-and-beyond\">Agave, tequila et autres<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019agave est un autre ingr\u00e9dient aromatique typiquement mexicain. La plupart des gens le connaissent parce que le jus ferment\u00e9 de l\u2019agave bleu est distill\u00e9 pour produire la tequila, l\u2019alcool utilis\u00e9 dans l\u2019une des boissons pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es du Cinco de Mayo : le margarita. Toutefois, le recours \u00e0 l\u2019agave ne se limite pas \u00e0 la tequila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, le sirop d\u2019agave peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour ajouter une touche sucr\u00e9e aux cr\u00eapes, aux marinades, aux vinaigrettes ou aux sauces afin de donner une authentique saveur mexicaine \u00e0 de nombreux plats. Un saumon glac\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019agave ou une sauce barbecue \u00e0 l\u2019agave peuvent modifier le profil de saveur des plats de viande et de fruits de mer habituels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sirop d\u2019agave peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour sucrer des boissons, y compris des cocktails qui utilisent traditionnellement du sirop simple. Il ne faut pas non plus n\u00e9gliger l\u2019utilisation de la tequila comme ingr\u00e9dient. On peut facilement tremper des p\u00e9toncles dans une marinade de tequila, d\u2019huile de cuisson, de sucre brun et de piments jalape\u0148os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Et bien s\u00fbr, il y a le margarita. Le chef Juan sugg\u00e8re de modifier la boisson habituelle en y ajoutant des ar\u00f4mes d\u2019ube, de tamarin, de goyave ou d\u2019hibiscus.
