Gordon Food Service<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Corporate Executive Chef Kurt Kwiatkowski said this new year&#8217;s culinary landscape is all about the fusion of traditional techniques with international flavours sprinkled in everything from beverages to barbecue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-traditional-barbecue-goes-global\">Les traditionnelles grillades prennent un virage international<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les barbecues se r\u00e9inventent cette ann\u00e9e. Selon Kurt Kwiatkowski, la tendance \u00e0 suivre est celle de la cuisson lente au bois de ch\u00eane et au charbon, combin\u00e9e \u00e0 des saveurs internationales. Mais l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment qui refl\u00e9tait l\u2019h\u00e9ritage japonais, c\u2019\u00e9tait la sauce barbecue au miso dont la viande \u00e9tait recouverte\u00bb, raconte Kurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-asian-flavours-will-continue-to-shine\">Les saveurs asiatiques toujours \u00e0 l\u2019honneur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les saveurs asiatiques devraient continuer d\u2019\u00eatre tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sentes, mais sous des formes nouvelles et plus surprenantes.
