Voici comment.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 1 : En mode planification<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e8s que la p\u00e9riode creuse suivant les f\u00eates s\u2019installe, c\u2019est le temps de s\u2019y atteler. Selon les experts, pour pouvoir \u00e9laborer un bon plan et le mettre en pratique, il faut compter environ 120 jours.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La plupart des restaurateurs se disent \u201cj\u2019ai un poste \u00e0 combler\u201d, explique Dan Longton, PDG de Traitset, une entreprise de gestion de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. Longton : dates d\u2019embauche, d\u2019orientation, de formation et d\u2019entr\u00e9e en fonction, etc. Puis on d\u00e9l\u00e8gue le reste \u00e0 un responsable.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9tape 2 : Embauche de nouveaux employ\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>\u00ab Une affiche dans la fen\u00eatre ne suffit pas, affirme M. Longton. Speed\u2019s important; respond quickly to younger workers, who are used to instant communication.
