Mais existe-t-il des aliments qui peuvent retarder, voire pr\u00e9venir, les troubles de la m\u00e9moire ? Peut-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<h3>Un meilleur c\u0153ur, un meilleur cerveau<\/h3>\n<p>Les m\u00eames aliments qui peuvent r\u00e9duire le risque d'hypertension art\u00e9rielle, am\u00e9liorer notre c\u0153ur et prot\u00e9ger contre le cancer semblent \u00e9galement am\u00e9liorer le cerveau. Ces avantages g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pour la sant\u00e9 sont \u00e0 la base de deux r\u00e9gimes populaires, tels que le r\u00e9gime DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) et le r\u00e9gime m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en.
