Peut-\u00eatre est-ce parce que vous ne d\u00e9jeunez pas. M\u00eame si le d\u00e9jeuner est le repas le plus important de la journ\u00e9e, pr\u00e8s de 40 % des Canadiens le sautent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Pourtant, lorsque vous ne mangez pas le matin, votre cerveau et votre organisme n\u2019obtiennent pas l\u2019\u00e9nergie dont ils ont besoin pour commencer la journ\u00e9e. Cons\u00e9quemment, votre attention et votre <em>capacit\u00e9 de concentration<\/em>risquent de s\u2019en trouver r\u00e9duites. Mais lorsque vous vous levez, votre corps a besoin de s\u2019activer, d\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de d\u00e9jeuner. De plus, des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019activation du m\u00e9tabolisme le matin par le biais du d\u00e9jeuner peut aussi contribuer au maintien d\u2019un poids sant\u00e9. Pourquoi alors ne pas prendre un peu d\u2019avance? Vous pouvez laver et couper des fruits la veille et m\u00eame dresser la table en vue du lendemain matin.<\/li>\n<li>Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 song\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les d\u00e9jeuners pour la semaine pendant la fin de semaine? Vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer des muffins \u00e0 grains entiers, du pain dor\u00e9 ou des cr\u00eapes et les congeler dans des contenants individuels. Quand vous \u00eates vraiment press\u00e9s le matin, il vous suffit de choisir un des aliments que vous avez congel\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019un fruit frais et de les apporter au bureau.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez aussi remplir votre r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et votre garde-manger d\u2019aliments pr\u00eats-\u00e0-manger comme de petits contenants de yogourt, des fruits coup\u00e9s et des sachets individuels de noix ou de m\u00e9lange du randonneur. Il ne vous restera plus le matin qu\u2019\u00e0 prendre ce dont vous avez envie.<\/li>\n<li>Pourquoi ne pas utiliser les restants de la veille? L\u2019orge, le quinoa ou le riz brun sont excellents au d\u00e9jeuner, qu\u2019ils soient servis chauds ou froids. Saupoudrez-les d\u2019un peu de cannelle ou m\u00e9langez-y des fruits ou des graines.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez un sandwich d\u00e9jeuner en cinq minutes ou moins. Il suffit de faire cuire un \u0153uf au micro-ondes ou dans la po\u00eale, de le d\u00e9poser sur un muffin anglais de bl\u00e9 entier, puis de garnir le tout de fromage et de l\u00e9gumes comme la tomate ou les \u00e9pinards.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, si vous faites partie de ceux qui n\u2019ont pas faim le matin, commencez graduellement par un yogourt ou une poign\u00e9e de noix.
