John Horvath, sp\u00e9cialiste de produits chez Service alimentaire Gordon, affirme que cette tendance v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne touche le menu dans son ensemble, des hors-d\u2019\u0153uvre aux desserts, en passant par les assiettes \u00e0 partager et les plats principaux.\n\n\u00ab Les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations Y et Z veulent des aliments naturels.
