Et le mot \u00ab fra\u00eecheur \u00bb et ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s ne servent pas qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9crire les fruits et l\u00e9gumes, ils conviennent aussi aux produits de la mer ou encore au caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Nourri \u00e0 l\u2019herbe \/ \u00e9lev\u00e9 en libert\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p>45 pour cent des clients, toutes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations confondues, se disent influenc\u00e9s dans leur choix de restaurant par l\u2019offre de plats faits \u00e0 partir de volaille \u00e9lev\u00e9e en libert\u00e9 ou de b\u0153uf nourri \u00e0 l\u2019herbe.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\">L\u2019exp\u00e9rience culinaire dont ils r\u00eavent<\/h3>\n<p>Pour s\u00e9duire les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y, nul besoin d\u2019\u00eatre un bistrot branch\u00e9, bien que ceux-ci aient tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre attir\u00e9s par les environnements festifs et conviviaux. La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y aime aussi les prises de position claires. Il importe donc de trouver sa marque, de la d\u00e9fendre et de laisser savoir aux clients que vous vous adressez \u00e0 eux.<\/p>\n<h4>Personnalisation<\/h4>\n<p>Les membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y se caract\u00e9risent par un d\u00e9sir que les choses soient adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs go\u00fbts. Au restaurant, ils s\u2019attendent donc \u00e0 pouvoir choisir exactement ce dont ils ont envie, ce qui ouvre la voie aux plats personnalis\u00e9s.
