Tous les \u00e9tablissements devraient veiller \u00e0 en faire une proc\u00e9dure normalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>10 conseils pour faire de votre prochaine r\u00e9union d\u2019employ\u00e9s une r\u00e9ussite<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. Pr\u00e9parer ses objectifs.<\/strong> Avant chaque r\u00e9union, demandez-vous ce que vous voulez accomplir. Vous pourriez mettre le tout par \u00e9crit pour ne rien oublier et \u00e9viter de perdre le fil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
