Une bonne gestion de l\u2019inventaire constitue une mani\u00e8re de maximiser chaque dollar d\u00e9pens\u00e9, puisqu\u2019elle aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le gaspillage, les pertes et le surstockage. Un bon syst\u00e8me de v\u00e9rification permettra aussi d\u2019\u00e9liminer le risque de vol.\"<\/p>\n<h2>7 conseils qui vous permettront de r\u00e9duire les pertes alimentaires et de contr\u00f4ler votre inventaire:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. D\u00e9signer une \u00e9quipe<\/strong><br \/>\nNommez des gens responsables de g\u00e9rer tout le processus d\u2019inventaire, ce qui comprend la fa\u00e7on dont les produits sont re\u00e7us et organis\u00e9s. D\u00e9signez des personnes dignes de confiance ayant une bonne capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse et \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec les chiffres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
