De nombreux \u00e9tablissements de soins de sant\u00e9 ont aussi mis en place des initiatives ax\u00e9es sur le bien-\u00eatre, ce qui a une influence sur le type d\u2019aliments servis.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un grain entier?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>Les grains entiers ou les aliments faits de grains entiers contiennent toutes les parties essentielles et tous les nutriments d\u2019un grain dans ses proportions originales.
