Un r\u00e9gime alimentaire \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 doit comprendre une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019aliments consomm\u00e9s avec mod\u00e9ration afin de fournir \u00e0 l\u2019organisme les nutriments dont il a besoin. Il contient plus sp\u00e9cifiquement de l\u2019ADH (acide docosahexano\u00efque), qui constitue le principal acide gras formant la structure du syst\u00e8me nerveux central et de la r\u00e9tine. Le saumon est aussi une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines maigres, lesquelles contribuent au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration des muscles de m\u00eame qu\u2019au maintien d\u2019un poids sant\u00e9. Pensez \u00e0 offrir la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019ajouter un filet de saumon \u00e0 une de vos salades offertes en plat principal.<\/p>\n<h2>Yogourt<\/h2>\n<p>Le yogourt contient des probiotiques (bonnes bact\u00e9ries) qui peuvent contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes digestif et immunitaire. Recherchez les produits portant une mention de type \"cultures vivantes et actives\". Le yogourt grec repr\u00e9sente quant \u00e0 lui une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines et de calcium. Vous pourriez notamment offrir du yogourt grec nature \u00e0 la place de la cr\u00e8me sure ou en ajouter \u00e0 un pouding au chia.<\/p>\n<h2>Le quinoa<\/h2>\n<p>Non seulement le quinoa ne contient pas de gluten, mais il repr\u00e9sente aussi un excellent choix, peu importe l\u2019occasion, car il a une valeur nutritive exceptionnelle. Ce \"super grain\" se d\u00e9marque des autres, parce que c\u2019est une prot\u00e9ine compl\u00e8te, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019il contient les neuf acides amin\u00e9s essentiels en proportion ad\u00e9quate. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les prot\u00e9ines compl\u00e8tes ne se trouvent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que dans les aliments d\u2019origine animale, le quinoa est un aliment indispensable de la di\u00e8te v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne ou v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne.
