Pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y, ces choix sont simplement motiv\u00e9s par la volont\u00e9 de consommer des aliments sains et d\u2019\u00eatre fier de le faire. Pour les baby-boomers, ils sont plut\u00f4t li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9. Comme ceux-ci sont conscients qu\u2019ils vieillissent, ils portent plus attention \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont ils nourrissent leur corps et leur esprit et se tournent vers les restaurants qui leur offrent des plats sains.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s NPD Group, les principaux aliments sains qui attirent les baby-boomers sont ceux qui ont une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en grains entiers, en prot\u00e9ines et en calcium, ou qui sont faibles en gras satur\u00e9, en cholest\u00e9rol et en sodium. Il faut toutefois savoir que les baby-boomers ne sont pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 sacrifier le go\u00fbt au profit de la valeur nutritive. Ils adoptent donc les restaurants o\u00f9 l\u2019on arrive \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des plats au go\u00fbt irr\u00e9sistible qui sont compos\u00e9s d\u2019aliments sains. Ceux-ci sont en qu\u00eate de plats sains et go\u00fbteux ainsi que de variantes des plats connus qu\u2019ils adorent.
