En fait, ce sont simplement deux composants des aliments, tr\u00e8s populaires actuellement, qui procurent de nombreux bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9. Les pr\u00e9biotiques sont des fibres non digestibles et naturelles qui servent de \u00ab nourriture \u00bb aux probiotiques.
