Et pour cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, le service ne se r\u00e9sume pas qu\u2019\u00e0 la vitesse, l\u2019amabilit\u00e9 et la pr\u00e9cision. Les aspects techniques mentionn\u00e9s plus haut sont aussi importants.
